Just arrived in the United Kingdom to try my hand at some snowboarding but much to my dismay, my luggage did not arrive at the same time. I had been outfitted in the United States at the prompting of my travel agent who has arranged this trip for a number of “beginners” such as myself. At the suggestion of one of the guides, I was taken to a shop in Edinburgh. It was there that I found the most wonderful selection of Burton snowboarding pants, jackets and all the gear that one might wish for to enhance my venture into this daring sport.
