Crouch Lower to Jump Higher

Sometimes, the key to jumping higher is crouching lower. If you want to be able to increase vertical leap, then you should get in a crouching position. Your feet should be wider apart than your shoulders and you want to crouch really low. Hold that position as long as you can. If you want to, then you can dribble while you hold the crouch to take your mind off of the strain. If you can hold this position for a while, then you will start to feel strain in your hamstrings and thighs. If you feel like you are unable to hold the position any longer, try and see if you can do it for a few more seconds because you can always do more than you actually think you can.
