South Africa and squatters

A very good friend from South Africa told me that civil unrest can easily develop. Often the venom of the crowd is directed against those in government service or those who collaborate with the government. Policemen have been killed, and hundreds have had their homes burnt or damaged. It is no longer common in the U.S., but the squatter Dilemma is still present in South Africia. This is largely because thousands in South Africa are leaving their rural homes and streaming into the cities in search of employment. With the economy, chances of finding employment in the cities are not good, to say the least. South Africa homes for sale are at risk because of squatter settlements consisting of makeshift shacks. Homeowners in nearby residential areas complain of plummeting property values and a dramatic increase in theft.
