Should you give your friends divorce advice?
Sometimes you know your friends pretty well and may even agree that divorce is the best idea and the most logical solution to their problems but it is never a good idea to give them divorce advice for a couple very good reasons. If one of them decides later that they didn’t want a divorce then they may blame you for telling them they should do it. This could lose you a friend and could cause animosity between you even though you were just being honest and telling them what you thought they needed to do/hear. You should always point them to a counselor or a website with advice and let them make their own decision.
