A garden setting for a Christchurch wedding venue
When the talk turns to a good Christchurch wedding venue I have suggestions, having provided a venue for my daughter’s wedding 18 months ago. Most weddings in Christchurch are in the summer, so you could consider an outdoor element to the wedding. And there are plenty of garden settings here to choose from. We had the marriage ceremony in a lovely old wooden church, one I used to bike past each day in my first two years at university. But after the vows and singing we all moved to a gracious garden with a lovely old home to one side of the lawn and had afternoon tea for a couple of hundred people. It was a fine day and the big tree that shaded the lawn made a perfect cover. The bride and very happy. So was the bride groom.
