Why Most Fad Diets Are Unhealthy?

A majority of the free diet programs used in today’s society are fad diets.  People like them because they get the job done and they do it quickly.  However, very few know the dangers to the body that happen with these diets.  Most fad diets take extreme measures to force the body in losing weight.  When you body experiences drastic changes, it has to adjust quickly to compensate for those changes.  In the end, the body uses its fat storages to provide it with enough energy.  However, quick changes like these are very bad for the body’s health.  The body works a certain way and when it reaches extremities so quickly, it can really damage vital parts.  So be careful and try to avoid these unhealthy fad diets.
