Stick To Workout
If you want to flatten abs then please listen to me when I say, you will need to stick to a routine in order to see results. It can be intense or casual, but as long as you follow through with it, as well as the diet to accompany it, you will be satisfied with what you see months down the line. I had a gut that stuck out and it was embarrassing. But with this information, I was able to workout, trim down my fat, and get those abs that I never thought I would see again.
