Spine Stenosis
In medical terminology, Spine stenosis refers to a condition where there is a narrowing of one or more area(s) of the spine. This narrowing weakens the spine exerting extra pressure on a particular region, eventually causing discomfort and pain. It is most commonly associated with bone conditions such as arthritis, and other similar disorders. Pain relievers, supportive braces, and physical therapy can address mild symptoms of stenosis. If not addressed at the preliminary level, stenosis can worsen causing a host of other related problems.
