Exercise for Your Heart

Do you have heart problems?  It is time to go to the gym and begin lifting weights. Some weight training can be good for them and the overturning wisdom that people with heart disease should not pump iron. People who have disease in the heart benefited from aerobic exercise, we are now learning that guided moderate training also has significant benefits. Weight training gives everyday  benefits and has been seen as not replacement but a complementary to aerobic exercise. For people who have unstable heart disease, weight training is not recommended, as well as uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart rhythm disorders, infections in and around the heart, and some other serious problems.
