Avoiding fitness scams online
Let’s face it, the Internet is a hotbed for scams, tricksters, fraudsters and the criminal underworld. So when I came across a program online that promised to help me shed my excess weight quickly, I had to wonder if it was a scam or not. There are so many programmes online but this one seems to deliver the goods, it also includes e-mail access to the author - which I thought was a great addition and really helped to build credibility. It is getting positive reviews all over the Internet so this fat burning furnace scam I was worried about turned out to be quite the opposite!
