Afraid of cervical spine surgery
There is something about cervical spine surgery that makes me a bit apprehensive. Letting someone that I don’t really know cut into my neck and play around with my insides, particularly the bones of my spine of which protect my most treasured of insides, my spine! Argh! They keep telling me that I need to have it done, but I just can’t bring myself to do it! Is there anything in this world that can give me this “decompression” that the doctors keep telling me that I need? Or perhaps there is some information that can ease my consuming fear?
