While still in my junior year of high school, I seriously began looking for a career field where I could thrive emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

I consider myself blessed with a great set of parents and a great group of teachers and counselors willing to help me along the way.

Early on in my search, I considered a healthcare job not only because I could provide help for others, but because it was a career I could be proud of on the inside.

So, for my senior year, I’m going to focus on learning as much as possible about the vast majority of jobs available and find one best suited for who I am.

You need to accept responsibility if you make a bad decision or fall behind in your plan.  Let us say that you have set some firm milestones that need to be accomplished in order for you to move to the next step.  However, you got tired of working hard and took some time to play, which is fine as long as it does not affect your goals.  Now months have passed and you are way behind schedule.  This delay has closed several doors of opportunities.  Who is to blame?

The sun causes my migraines

I wish that there was something else I could do, or something else that would make my migraine headaches go away, but as sad as it it, I think the only thing I can do it to get out of the sun. I love the sun so much, and I just want to be able to go to the beach, and do fun things like everyone else.
