NLP Training For The Environment

You can use NLP training to enhance your environmental goals. NLP works with the coding in your brain. Since you use your brain to achieve goals you can program your mind to reach Those goals. The following three steps will help you achieve your environmental goals:

1. Choose a specific goal:

- pick a goal that is stated in the positive ‘I do want to’ as opposed to ‘I don’t want to’

- make sure your goal is specific

- set specific guidelines to know when you have reached the goal

- imagine in your mind reaching your goal, what it will feel like when you have accomplished and hold this picture in your mind

2. Developing a plan:

- use the image in your mind of achieving your goal and create the timeline of steps from this point to the end point of your goal

- start from the end point and imagine looking backwards in time to when you started your goal, what are the things you have done to complete that goal

- now pay special attention to the steps you took. Take your time. See what you saw, feel what you felt, hear what you would hear. Then go back to your present.

3. Start achieving your goal:

- use your realistic completion date and schedule all the steps in between

- take the steps you have already imagined, and practiced in your mind

Your mind can not tell the difference between what really happened, and what happened in your head. So literally, you can practice stellar performances in your head, and the brain operates the same way as if you are really achieving it. That’s what NLP does.
