The gift of a frame drum
Last month my nephew had his fifteenth birthday. I assumed he would want a game for his Xbox again this year, so I asked him which one I could get for him. Well, to my complete surprise, he said that he wanted a frame drum. I, of course, had never even heard of a frame drum and I wasnt about to ask him what it was, so I went out and did my own research. I found out that there are many different types of frame drums around, from Brazilian to Indian. All that a frame drum is, is a flat drum with a circular design. A tambourine is a type of frame drum the only kind that I previously knew about. I finally settled on the Brazilian Pandiero drum. When I gave it to my nephew, he was ecstatic. Hes been beating on it every day. My Sister is thrilled.
